6 Rapidly Funded Kickstarter Projects in September

The beginning of September brought in a surge of new Kickstarter campaigns, some performing extremely well so far.

Each of these projects have already blown past their goals in under a week (some in just one day!) and have the rest of the month to get even bigger and better.

A few different categories are featured in this list, including: technology, product design, playing cards, art books and gadgets. My favorites are #1 and #3!

#1. Robin. The smarter smartphone.

Robin. The smarter smartphone.Creators: Nextbit

Amount Funded: $1 m+

Robin is the first cloud-first smartphone that adapts to your needs and “makes running out of space history”.

The team at Nextbit has designed Robin boldly, looking to provide Android fans with a new experience that is less cluttered and more intuitive. Best of all, the Nextbit team has had a lot of practice making phones (like Nexus, HTC, G1 and more!), ensuring backers that they are supporting a campaign with proven quality.

For this Kickstarter project, Robin is available in two colors: Mint and Midnight. Backers can currently pledge as little as $349 for one Robin with a charging cable.

#2. Helix™ – The World’s Best Folding Bike

Helix folds so small you can fit it almost anywhere – under your desk, on the subway, in your trunk … wherever you need it! Backers can currently get a single speed Helix for as little as $1,575 on Kickstarter.

Even though we all know that it can be better for our health to stand and move around a little more, many of us still sit around for nearly eight hours a day.

Looking for a solution to this problem, one of Perch’s creators tried finding a good sit-to-stand desk, but everything he found was expensive and difficult to adjust. Now the team is introducing Perch – an affordable, totally customizable option that looks and works great. Perch comes in two sizes: 29” (for one monitor) or 38” with split-level shelves (for two monitors).

Conclusion

All of these Kickstarter campaigns are doing great so far, with more surprises to come in the form of stretch goals and other updates.

Robin already raised more than a million and has been getting a lot of media attention. If you want to experience similar success, I recommend looking into our post on what other creators have said works well on Kickstarter.
