When you sign up for the software, you’ll get access to a lot of different functionality that lets you manage contacts, track mailings, schedule appointments, organize grant applications, and send personalized communications through newsletters or gift acknowledgments.
You can also use the software to set up events and handle online registration. With DonorPerfect, you can conduct a lot of different types of fundraisers, collect donations, and generate reports on your fundraising efforts.

2. Bloomerang
Bloomerang was started to help nonprofits maintain the relationships that they’ve built with their donors. They want to improve your donor retention rate so that you don’t spend all of your time entering new donor information into your database. Instead you’ll be able to grow from your relationships with your existing donors.
When you sign up for the software, you’ll get access to the CRM, online giving forms that you can embed on your website, communication technology, and tools that will help you manage your various social media accounts.
You can use this technology to track which of your donors are most engaged and the individuals that you should pay special attention to. At the time of writing, the pricing ranges from $99/month to $499 per month.
3. BlackBaud
BlackBaud is a seasoned veteran in this space, with over 30 years of experience and multiple software solutions for nonprofits to simplify donor management. They have solutions for small, mid-sized and enterprise level nonprofit orgs.
Depending on which product you go with you can take advantage of their CRM functionality, email marketing, online/offline giving tools, donor retention insights, crowdfunding and sharing tools, or fundraising processing for events, merchandise sales, specific programs, and membership programs.
Blackbaud has a comprehensive suite of products to help any nonprofit raise more money, create a deeper relationship with donors, and track financial progress.
4. Little Green Light
Little Green Light is a donor management system with a lot of functionality that you can use to make it dead simple to raise money, send out communications, and more.
The software allows you to:
- Manage gifts, grants, and events
- Produce mailings
- Accept online and offline donations
- Set up forms on your website get information about your visitors
- Streamline donor information
- And more
The tool also integrates with well-known softwares like MailChimp, Contact, SendGrid, WealthEngine, and others.
Little Green Light costs between $39/month and $89/month, depending on the number of constituents you track.
5. NonprofitEasy
NonprofitEasy’s fundraising suite is powered by Fundly, a nonprofit crowdfunding platform. This includes the Fundly CRM, Fundly Connect, Fundly Pro, and Fundly Enterprise.
You can use the software to conduct peer to peer fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding campaigns, connect with volunteers, manage your donors, create membership programs, communicate with donors, set up events, and more.
Many of NonprofitEasy’s suite of products also come with training or support. This can be especially useful if you have no idea where to begin with donor management.
Pricing for their CRM software ranges from $55/month to $550/month.

The NeonCRM tool also lets you send communications to your donors, run peer to peer fundraising campaigns, generate reports, and it also connects with QuickBooks! The company also offers web design services and training sessions to help you run a more effective nonprofit organization.
Overall, it’s a pretty robust tool with pricing ranging from $50/month to $200/month.
8. DonorSnap
DonorSnap is a donor management system that helps you store all your donor’s data so that you don’t get overwhelmed with excel spreadsheets!
You can use the software to:
