I’ve been watching the real estate crowdfunding industry closely and I’m blown away by the amount of growth!
Personally, I think that real estate crowdfunding is going to be a significant breakout success. Remember how peer to peer lending or debt crowdfunding blew up? Companies like Lending Club went public and received billion dollar valuations? I think we’re going to experience the same thing in the RECF arena.
Technology makes it dead simple for investors to link up with real estate developers in one easy-to-use marketplace. New financial instruments are also beginning to emerge like the eREIT and MogulREIT.
This is exactly why I wrote my latest Amazon ebook, Real Estate Crowdfunding Explained. I wanted to demystify this industry for newcomers who are just getting their feet wet in online real estate investing.

Remember that while you might be able to invest in REIT-style products on some of these crowdfunding websites, you’ll only be able to invest in traditional RECF opportunities if you’re an accredited investor.
