Sharon, with MyCanPlan.com, submitted a question on Ask Sal that I decided to address today. She asked:
“How should you promote your crowdfunding campaign when you have a small budget?”
Her product is a planner made to help cancer patients and caregivers with the daily battles of the horrible disease.
I’m about to share my advice for marketing your campaign and getting attention when you have limited resources.
Keep in mind that money is just a TOOL that you can use to purchase attention or labor. Yes, you can buy attention with ads, but YOU have to convert that attention into action.
Yes, you can hire employees or a marketing company to get the word out about your campaign, but you can also do it yourself. You just have to be willing to work.
I hope this answer helps others out there with the same question!
