Did you know that you don’t need a video to raise money on Kickstarter?
It’s shocking! It totally runs counter to all of the advice I’ve shared on this blog and on my podcast.
However, there are always outliers that defy the norms. It’s my job to bring those outlier stories to YOU so that you can learn from them.
Today, I spoke with John Taylor, the founder of Geekify and the creator of “The Last Unicorn – Tarot & Oracle Deck.”
His project raised $147,538 on Kickstarter from 1,606 backers and he did it without a video.
You’ll directly from him and learn why not every project needs a video and how you can raise six figures with crowdfunding.
While I am an expert in this industry, I don’t have all of the answers. Sometimes, I’ll see projects that completely defy the odds.
My goal with this show is to bring creators like this on to the podcast so that you can take away valuable strategies, like the ones shared in this episode.
