Do you want a raving following of loyal fans?

What about dependable and consistent traffic (that you don’t have to pay for)?

Blogging has certainly transformed my life. It’s allowed me to reach and help millions of entrepreneurs around the world.

But, I’m not the only one. There are countless success stories of entrepreneurs blogging their way to the top.

These educational or inspiring blogs form the basis for an initial relationship with new customers. It’s freakin’ powerful!

You don’t have to talk about the process of launching a Kickstarter campaign. You could also write about topic that is MORE RELEVANT to your customers.

If you’re making a fitness product, why not share fitness tips, tricks, and resources?

This content will dramatically elevate you in the eyes of your customers. It will help them get closer to their goals (for free).

The training video below will show you step-by-step how to start a blog.

Now, that wasn’t so hard, was it?

As see, you can quickly start a blog in a few simple steps.

You just have to follow the steps that I outlined in the video and boom! You’re online!

You know… I don’t think that blogging is really that obvious of a solution for getting traffic and attention.

After all, you’re a business owner! The purpose of a business is to make money. Why would you spent your time (or hire someone) to create content for your blog?

There are a few different reasons why you might want to start a blog for your business.

Blogs = SEO Traffic = Consistent Sales

Pssst… I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Something that most mainstream marketers won’t tell you.

Have you ever read about those “lifestyle business” entrepreneurs who only have to work four hours per week from their laptop?

Maybe you were browsing YouTube and you came across one of those annoying videos of a dude chilling on the beach with his laptop, saying “how amazing it is to be a blogger!”

The reason why these people have a high degree of leverage with their time is because their website is regularly getting traffic (without them having to do anything).

Blogs are notorious for being LOVED by Google.

People are searching on Google every day, looking for answers to their questions. More often than not, a blog article will be recommended in their search results.

You can get FREE TRAFFIC from Google by writing blog articles that provide education, inspiration, advice, or tips.

When you have a stream of visitors flooding your website every single day, you begin to finally generate sales on a consistent basis.

Turn Cold Leads into Warm Leads

If you were running an advertisement to “cold traffic,” or people who don’t know who you are or what you do, then you’d have to naturally do a bit of educating to warm them up!

You’d have to educate about the problem their experiencing and why your solution is better than anyone else’s out there.

The purpose of blogging is NOT to become some kind of cool fancy writer. The only job of a blog article is to turn cold leads into warm leads.

When someone stumbles on my website and begins to realize how much I know about crowdfunding, Kickstarter, and marketing, they are much more likely to want to hire me as their mentor.

I get people emailing me just saying things like, “Sal – you’re awesome. I want to hire you.”

I don’t share that to brag, but rather to show you that blogging can warm up leads and make those people ready to do business with you.

Website visitors are naturally skeptical nowadays. They will doubt most of your claims. Blogging helps open up the possibility in their mind of buying one of your products!

Hidden Benefit: Become a Thought Leader

You can become a thought leader for YOUR industry. If you’re in the fitness industry, you can have readers contacting you, asking you for your advice.

Of course, this is the perfect opportunity to introduce them to your products. At the same time, there is a lot of potential for having a serious positive impact on the community.

When you become a thought leader, you’ll have more influence and be able to change how people do business in your industry. All of a sudden, doors that were closed to you will open.

Having an audience will give you access to people that you couldn’t reach previously. It’s a real “asset” in the traditional sense of the word. It’s valuable.

This is great from a business perspective, but it’s also hella fun!

I don’t know about you, but when I was little, I always thought it would be so cool to be a celebrity or a rock star.

You can get that same kind of feeling by having an audience that knows who you are, what you look like, and who follows your work.

Naturally, this major benefit comes with a hefty responsibility. You have to be responsible and take care of your community. Only put out good products and content.

It’s really, really simple…

If you haven’t done it already, it’s very simple to start a blog. I’ve shown you step-by-step how to do it in this video.

You can follow along with the process and I’ll be there every step of the way. You just have to copy what I do on the video.

Thanks so much for getting this far in the article and if you haven’t already, it would mean a lot to me if you took a second to subscribe to my YouTube channel.

I do my best to put out one original video per week and I’ll also post some of my podcast episodes for your listening pleasure.

When you start your blog, be sure to link me so I can check it out! Good luck!
