That’s why I put together this video. Almost no one knows that you can get funding for real estate projects online, or even invest in properties.
Every time I go to a networking event, I get blank stares, just like I did back in 2012 when I mentioned Kickstarter or crowdfunding. Now, almost everyone has heard of these buzz words.
Mark my words, this sector is going to see a tremendous amount of growth and become much more mainstream. I’m not saying that it’s going to happen in the next few months, but certainly in the next few years.
That’s why I invested several months to write my Amazon ebook on the topic. I honestly believe that technology can make real estate investing much more efficient, which is good for all parties involved.
The problem is that the industry is filled with gate keepers and hoops that you have to jump through. I think that old-school folks relish this, because it’s a competitive advantage for them.
But, if you want to jump ahead of the pack, you should embrace how technology is disrupting real estate financing. It’s a massive opportunity!
