The Real Estate Crowdfunding Conference

I’m constantly getting emails, comments, and social media messages asking me where you can learn more about real estate crowdfunding, both in the United States and around the world. Although we’ve written about investing in real estate online in the past, I don’t think we’re doing nearly good enough a job connecting investors with some of these newer and rapidly growing crowdfunding platforms like Fundrise, Realty Mogul, Patch of Land, and Prodigy Network.

Therefore, I’d like to hold an online summit that will connect investors with these platforms and more to facilitate learning, understanding, and trust. It would be an all day event, during which time platforms will elect a sponsor who can answer questions, give a presentation, or engage in a discussion about the changing real estate landscape via online video/audio and chat.

How Do You Attend?

It’s pretty easy. If you’re interested in attending, sign up to receive my newsletter concerning the potential upcoming real estate crowdfunding summit. It will be a paid event to help cover the costs of hosting it, but it will be much less expensive than a traditional in-person conference and it will be significantly discounted for early signups. Finally, it will be recorded and all attendees will get free access.

If we get enough people interested, the event will happen and I’ll be sure to get some awesome real estate crowdfunding platforms and knowledgable professionals to lecture throughout the series. I also encourage you to leave a comment on this article to begin the discussion about real estate crowdfunding.

How Do You Speak At The Event?

Simple! Email me at sbriggman@crowdcrux.com to be considered. Give me some information about your background, the website or platform you’re running, and why you would be a good speaker. I’ll probably be selecting at least 6 to lecture throughout the day.

Can you sponsor the event?

Sure! Having sponsors means that we can afford to set a lower ticket price and it will help cover the costs of hosting viewers. I really don’t believe in doing anything halfway, and want the web experience to be awesome.

Don’t forget to sign up!

You must sign up to this email list to receive further notifications about the event. If it doesn’t happen because of lack of interest, you will also be notified.

I also highly recommend leaving a comment if you are a platform, a service provider, or an investor. Let us know that you want this event to happen and what you want out of it! What questions do you have about real estate crowdfunding?
